Fresh Tuna Salad Recipe

A fresh, easy tuna pasta salad is a an easy lunch or a great addition to an Easter brunch. Here’s my version:

Canned tuna with mayo and mustard to taste

Stir til creamy

Add fresh peas and chopped cherry tomatoes

Stir again

Hard boil two eggs

Boil up some ziti or other small pasta and chop the eggs

Stir in pasta and eggs

Shave some Parmesan cheese into the salad

Furikake seasoning optional– I like the seaweed flavor with the tuna
